shipping

Orders will ship in 3-5 working days.

Postage is very expensive, so rates are reflective of my actual costs. Significant shipping overages will be refunded.

Please note that I do live in a very remote location, and mail only leaves the island via ferry a few times per week. This means packages will likely take longer to arrive, even within British Columbia.

packaging

Packaging materials are reused when available, and any purchased materials are sourced with sustainability in mind.

Please save and reuse the packing material, or recycle if that isn't possible.

Returns

Please read listing details and measurements carefully prior to purchase.

As each piece is handmade, no two pieces are completely identical. Please allow for variations in shape, size, and glaze colour.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out via email so we can discuss a solution.

In the unlikely event that your pottery breaks in transit, please contact me within 24 hours via email, and provide photos of the broken piece, as well as the box it came in (this may help me claim it). Refund or exchange will be discussed on a case-to-case basis, depending on the pot.
