Episode 7: Handling The Unexpected

No matter how well you plan your art workshop, something unexpected will inevitably come up.  Part of growing as a facilitator is learning to adapt in the moment and trusting that you can handle whatever arises.  In this episode I share initial reflections from hosting my workshop, including how I found scheduling affects my facilitation, gaps in my outline, and strategies for recovering when the unexpected happens.

A quick heads-up: these episodes were recorded with a small beta group. From time to time, you’ll hear references to materials or links they had access to. But don’t worry — this won’t impact your ability to follow along. I’m sharing these episodes to give you a clear insight into the core modules and the teaching style inside the full programme.
