Episode 5: The Art of Facilitation

So we’ve covered the foundations and basics of workshop planning, and the logistical details of getting folks through the door, but what happens when they actually arrive?  This week I’m exploring the Art of Facilitation - things like setting the tone, responding to group dynamics, facilitation techniques, and finding your confidence and voice as a workshop facilitator.

“In gatherings, once your guests have chosen to come into your kingdom, they want to be governed - gently, respectfully, and well.”

- Priya Parker, The Art of Gathering

A quick heads-up: these episodes were recorded with a small beta group. From time to time, you’ll hear references to materials or links they had access to. But don’t worry — this won’t impact your ability to follow along. I’m sharing these episodes to give you a clear insight into the core modules and the teaching style inside the full programme.
