The business side of workshops (think pricing, registration, marketing etc) might feel daunting, but having solid systems in place helps things run smoothly, while attracting and connecting with the right folks for your workshop. This week I'm sharing the nuts and bolts of workshop administration, plus a few collaboration strategies that could help you get help with some of these tasks.
